What’s different here
Venice is the only area where the problem isn’t the room: it’s getting there. In the historic centre there’s no loading bay in front of the door, and the equipment travels part of the way by boat, on a trolley or by hand. That’s why the first thing we ask isn’t how many of you there are, but where the access is and at what time — with that information the set-up is routine, without it it’s a surprise on the night.
Outside the centre the picture changes completely. On the mainland and along the coast — Mestre, Jesolo, Caorle — the van gets right to the entrance and the set-up is the usual one: we arrive early, test everything in the empty room, and when the guests walk in it’s already on.
It’s also the area where we have set up the most, and not only for weddings: at Hotel Monaco for a corporate evening, in Mestre for TEDx, in Jesolo for a birthday. You’ll find them below.

The questions about Venice
Can you set up in Venice’s historic centre?
Yes, but it’s the area that takes the most organisation: with no loading and unloading on the street, the equipment travels part of the way by boat or by hand. That’s why we ask in advance for the exact address and the time the room can be accessed — it isn’t a detail to sort out on the night.
Which parts of the province do you cover?
Venice and Mestre, the coast between Jesolo and Caorle, and the mainland towards Mira and Mirano. We have already been to Hotel Monaco and Villa dei Dogi.
What time do you arrive?
Ahead of the guests: we set up and test everything while the room is still empty. How far ahead depends on the venue’s access, and in Venice it depends a great deal.
Do you also do corporate events in the area?
Yes. At Hotel Monaco we set up for an Atlas Copco evening, and in Mestre for TEDx: they are two of the events you’ll find in the portfolio.
