What to write for a useful answer
With these four things we can reply with availability and format in a single message, instead of asking for them one at a time.
- The date — it’s the first filter: either we’re free or we’re not
- The place — town and venue name, if you already know it
- What kind of event — wedding, private party, corporate event
- How many of you there will be, even roughly
- If you have a floor plan or a photo of the room, attach it: it helps for the 360 and the light fountains
Where we go
We normally work across Venice, the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia: they are the areas where we have set up most often, and where arriving, setting up and taking down in a day is routine. The portfolio tells the story area by area.
We also come to Milan and Lombardy. We don’t have an event to show you there yet, and we would rather say so than fill the page with photos from another province.
For areas other than these, write to us anyway: the booth travels in a van and we’ll look at the trip together.
